4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. panko breadcrumbs
1/2 c. grated parmesan
4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Combine panko, parmesan, and spices together in a small bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with parmesan mixture.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add chicken and pat with extra parmesan mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and chicken is cooked through.
