Parmesan baked chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs, beaten

1 c. panko breadcrumbs

1/2 c. grated parmesan

4 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. dried parsley

1 tsp. dried thyme

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Combine panko, parmesan, and spices together in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with parmesan mixture.
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add chicken and pat with extra parmesan mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and chicken is cooked through.
